     In view of the separately recorded statement of Sh.Neeraj Sobti, Counsel for Complainants, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh on the same cause of action before the appropriate Commission/Authority having pecuniary jurisdiction in the matter. The original documents be returned to the complainants after retaining photocopy of the same.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
