                        ORDER

1.        Counsel for OP No.2 has brought a cheque of Rs.2000/- towards costs of litigation, which Sh.Preetinder Singh Ramana, complainant has received and made statement for withdrawal of the execution applicaton, which is reproduced as under:-

“Statement of Sh.Preetinder Singh Ramana, Complainant No.1 in person with counsel Sh.Gaurav Deep Goel, Advocate for Complainants.

 

I have received cheque of Rs.2000/- bearing No. 065413, dated 18.3.2010, drawn on HDFC Bank Ltd. Indl.Area, Chandigarh, in my favour towards costs of litigation from Sh.Sandeep Jasuja, Advocate for OP No.2. I have already received payment of Rs.32,850/- by way of cheque from OP No.1. The order has been complied with by the OPs. I withdraw present execution application as satisfied.”

 

2.        In view of the statement given by complainant, this execution application is dismissed as withdrawn.

3.        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
