        Complaint is filed under sec. 12(1) of the consumer protection Act for a direction to the opposite party to pay compensation to the complainant for his mental agony and hardship.

       Complainant filed a memo to with draw  this complaint as not maintainable under provisions of Consumer Protection Act.  Memo recorded. Complaint dismissed as not pressed. No costs.
