Complainant as well as learned counsel for both parties are present .O.P filed No objection certificate with respect to the subject finance vehicle, copy of which is duly received by the complainant present to his full satisfaction. In the mean time the complainant filed a memo stating therein that he does not want to proceed any more in this case. The Memo is taken into record be formed as part of this order.

In view of the above settlement, case is disposed of.
