None is present for the appellant. Perusal of the earlier daily proceedings shows that Adv. Ms Shweta Bhavsagar holding for Adv.Mr Yogesh Nayyar had appeared before this Commission on 09.07.2015 and she had sought adjournment for depositing the earlier cost of Rs.500/- imposed on the appellant on 30.04.2015. On 09.07.2015 adjournment was granted subject to heave cost of Rs.1,000/- to be deposited in Legal Aid Account of this Commission. This adjournment till this date was granted to the appellant subject to deposit of previous cost of Rs.500/- and subsequent cost of Rs.1,000/- i.e. total cost of Rs.1,500/- in Legal Aid Account of this Commission. It appears that the said cost is not deposited as yet as above.

Moreover, direction was given to the appellant in presence of his representative Mr Nandanwar that the appellant shall produce two complete sets of appeal compilation to this Commission and one set for respondent’s advocate on next date without fail. Last chance was granted till 30.04.2015 for the said compliance. However, the said compliance is not made by the appellant though appeal came to be adjourned thrice i.e. on 20.04.2015, 30.04.2015 & 09.07.2015. The appellant has filed copy of the impugned order dtd.29.04.2003. No reply of the O.P. / respondent, filed before the Forum and the documents filed before the Forum by the complainant / appellant, are filed alongwith the appeal memo.  Moreover, none appeared for the appellant today also. 

Hence, on these grounds the appeal is dismissed in default.

No order as to costs.

Copy of this order be furnished to both parties free of cost.
