The matter was passed over once. Even on second call, no one is present for the petitioner. The present petition filed by the petitioner is defective. Notice was issued to the petitioner to remove the defects. Notice was sent by registered post on 16th August, 2012, however AD card has not been received. Since more than 30 days have passed, petitioner is deemed to have been served. Since no one is present for the petitioner today nor the defects have been removed by the petitioner, the present petition stands dismissed in default as well as for non-compliance of the orders passed by this Commission.
