Challenge in this petition is to the order dated 02.07.2010 passed by the Karnataka State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Bangalore in first appeal No. 2923 of 2009.  The appeal before the State Commission was filed against an order passed by a District Fourm, Kolar dismissing the complaint.  The appeal was filed

after undue delay of 624 days.  The State Commission declined to condone the said undue delay in filing the appeal by giving detailed and cogent reasons.  We are in full agreement with the view taken by the State Commission.  Again, even the present petition has been filed after undue delay of 152 days, which we are not  inclined to condone even going by the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case and whatever sympathetic view, we may like to take in favour of the complainant-petitioner.  Even on merits, the orders passed by the fora below appear to be eminently justified warranting no interference from our side.  The revision petition is dismissed.
