None appears on behalf of the petitioner. The present petition has been filed after an undue delay of 356 days and no application seeking condonation of delay has been filed along with the revision petition. We therefore, dismiss the revision petition as hopelessly barred by limitation. Even otherwise, we notice that the impugned order of the State Commission has only remanded the matter to the District Forum for fresh adjudication after giving opportunity to the opposite party to file their defence. The revision petition is, therefore, also dismissed as misconceived.
