The dispute in this case is regarding the disconnection of the telephone connection due to the non payment of telephone charges. As per the recent decision of Apex Court it is held that Consumer Forum doesn't have jurisdiction to entertain such disputes. The complainant is therefore not maintainable. Hence complaint dismissed. No order for cost.
