The complaint is filed alleging deficiency in service against opposite party whois the BSNL. As per the decision of the Apex Court in C.A.7687/04 General Manager Telecom. Vs. M. Krishnan & Other decided on 01-9-2009 the dispute cannot be tried by Consumer Forum. The Forum has no jurisdiction to try the case. Hence complaint dismissed as not maintainable.
