ORDER

     The parties have compromised the matter. A photocopy of compromise deed dated 18.11.2016 Annexure X has been filed by OP. Statement of Sh.Yoginder Mittal, Director of OP has been recorded. Statement of Sh.Tapas Sharma, Counsel for Complainant has also been recorded, in view of which the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties shall be bound by statements made before the Lok Adalat today and the same shall form a part of this order.   

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
