            Complainantn is absne without taking any steps. The recorded advocate of the complainant submits that he has no instruction.

Today is fixed for show cause by the complainant. It is about 12.40 PM. Complainant  fails  to file Written Show Cause in terms of order dated 10.05.2022. There is also no prayer on the part of the complainant  for extension of time to file Show Cause. Moreso, record speaks that the complainant is absent in the commisison since  23.09.2021. Therefore, we are of the view that the complainant is not interested to proceed the case anymore. Thus, the complaint case is dismissed for non prosecution.
