Advocate for the Complainant submits that the Complainant does not want to press the I.A.s bearing No. 104/2019 and 454/2018 and wants to withdraw the Complaint Case with prayer for liberty to file the same afresh.  Heard the Ld. Advocates.  The Complaint Case is disposed of being withdrawn with liberty to the Complainant to file the same afresh within a month from this date.  Accordingly, the I.A.s bearing No. 104/2019 and 454/2018 are also disposed of.
