          No SR of notice is received. Neither the complainant is present nor any track report is filed showing service of notice upon the OP. On scrutiny of the record it appears to us that the complainant is absent in the Forum since 29.08.2018. Therefore, we are of the view that the complainant is not interested to proceed the instant case any further. Accordingly, the complaint case is liable to be dismissed for default. Hence,

ORDERED
