Keshav Singla, age 15 years minor son of Shri Anuj Singal, resident of H.No.361, Diwan Colony, Karnal through his father Sh. Anuj Singal son of Sh. Rajpal Singal who has got no adverse interest to that of minor.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:  Shri Naresh Kumar, counsel for the complainant.

                                 

                Today the case was fixed for notice to the OPs. A careful perusal of the file, it reveals that from the previous many dates learned counsel for complainant failed to supply the copy of complaint. Since 07.10.2020 the case was adjourned to notice to the OPs but till today complaint failed to supply the copy of complaint, due to which notice to the OPs could not be issued. It appears that complainant is no more interested to pursue his complaint. The present complaint pertains to the year 2020 and complainant failed to get the service effected of OPs. There is no justification to adjourn the case further for the same purpose.

                Hence, in view the above discussion, the present complaint is hereby dismissed. However, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction, if so desired. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
