Revision petition no. 1001-1002 of 2020 was decided by Order dated 25.03.2021 passed by Hon’ble Mr. Anup K. Thakur, Presiding Member.

This review application no. 60 of 2021 has been filed on 30.07.2021 by the petitioner Cargo Freight Forwarders against the said Order dated 25.03.2021 of this Commission.

The prescribed period of limitation to file for review is 30 days.

The review application is time-barred. It is accompanied with an application for condonation of delay. The stated reasons for delay are unpersuasive in explaining the delay. Sufficient cause to condone the delay is not visible. Moreover, the Hon’ble Presiding Member who passed the Order has since demitted office.

We find no reason evident to condone the delay and consider the time-barred review application or to re-open and re-examine the matter in review. 

          The review application is dismissed.
