ORDER

                 By way of present revision petition prayer is made for recalling of the order dated 21.12.2017 passed by the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum (VI) in CC No.476/2017 whereby the petitioner/OP has been proceeded ex-parte.

    After some arguments, counsel for respondent/complainant states that as delay has been caused in the matter and for effective disposal of the case on merits, respondent has no objection if the petitioner/OP is allowed to contest the complaint on merits. It is stated that prayer made in the petition be allowed subject to payment of costs.

    With the consent of the respondent/complainant, as well as keeping in mind the interest of justice as well as for effective disposal of the case, we accept the present petition, set aside the impugned order subject to payment of costs of Rs.4,000/- to the respondent/complainant.

    Parties shall appear before the District Forum on 04.06.2018. On the said date the petitioner shall pay costs of Rs.4,000/-. After the payment of the payment, District Forum shall take on record the written statement of the petitioner/OP and proceed in the matter in accordance with law.

    File be consigned  to Record Room.
