Present:       Sh.BR Gupta, Adv. for complainant.

                    Opponents ex-parte (however, Sh.JS Rana, Adv. appeared on behalf of opponent No.2-Samsung).

         

               On basis of even dated application filed by Sh.BR Gupta, Adv. for complainant, file taken up on today. At the same time Sh.J.S.Rana, Adv. who appears in this Commission in another Consumer Case No.282 of 2024 Rachel Masih vs. Garg Motors also filed power of attorney on behalf of opponent No.2-Samsung.

                   In view of the application and separate statement of the counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, with no order as to costs. Reader of the Commission is directed to incorporate necessary entry in the relevant register/system, showing disposal of the complaint, on today itself, instead of 20.9.2024. 

                   Certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to the records.
