                Respondent No.1 ex-parte.

                Sh. Ajay Mehta, Adv. for the respondent No.2.

                Sh. Jasbir Singh Rana, Adv. for the respondent No.3.

 

              On the request of counsel for the complainant and counsel for the respondent No.3, filed taken up on today before the National Lok Adalat, keeping in view elements of settlement between the parties. The respondent No.3 through counsel agreed to make payment equivalent 98% of the cost of bill Ex.C2. On behalf of the complainant, counsel for the complainant accepted the proposal made by the respondent No.3. Statement of counsel for the complainant as well as counsel for the respondent No.3 recorded.                 In view of the statement of counsel for the respondent No.3, without making any adverse comment on the act and conduct of any of the parties, being the matter has amicably been settled before the National Lok Adalat, the complaint is accepted against the opponent No.3, holding it liable to make 98% payment towards the bill of the product in question i.e. tax invoice Ex.C2 in the sum of Rs.39,000/- dated 03.04.2022. The respondent No.3 will make the payment of 98% of the bill Ex.C2 within the period of 45 days from today, subject to return of so called defective product subject matter of the bill Ex.C2 by the complainant to the respondent No.3 at the place which will disclosed by him or to the respondent No.2 being authorized service centre of the respondent No.3 against proper receipt. The complaint qua opponent No.2 is dismissed.
