                   Today the case was fixed for compliance. Complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that he has received a cheque bearing No.000112 dated 16.02.2018 amounting to Rs.4350/- from the Ops. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So, he wants to withdraw the present execution application.

                   Heard. In view of the statement, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. We order accordingly.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
