ORDER

1.      Counsel for the petitioner present.  Arguments heard.  He wants to withdraw this Revision Petition.  This is a classic case where the plot was not allotted to the complainant in a period of 17 years. 

The O.P.-Lucknow Development Authority is dealing with the case in a lackadaisical manner.  Petitioner is directed to comply with the order as ordered by the State Commission.  It is further ordered that the matter be expedited and State Commission should dispose this case within three months from the receipt of this order.  If possible, the case be taken on day-to-day basis. 

2.      Copy of this order be given Dasti to the counsel for the petitioner, by tomorrow, as prayed.
