The District Forum passed the order on 05.06.2006. The OP did not prefer the appeal against that order. Consequently, the order of the District Forum has attained finality, qua the DDA. The State Commission dismissed the appeal, filed by the complainant, Sh.G.C.Arora. The Revision Petition by DDA does not lie, as it is barred by seven and a half years. Moreover, the cross appeal lies before the State Commission and not before this Commission. Let State Commission, first of all, hear the -2- appeal, filed against Sh.G.C.Arora, complainant. Revision Petition is not maintainable, therefore, the same is hereby dismissed.
