Previous adjournment cost of Rs.2,500/- imposed upon the petitioner has not been paid to respondent no.1 within the specified period. Moreover, in spite of various directions given to petitioner, petitioner has not filed the documents. Further, nobody is present on behalf of petitioner today. Under these circumstances, the petition stands dismissed in default as well as for non-compliance of the order passed by this Commission.
