     Learned counsel for both sides are present. Therefore the matter is listed to clarify the order  passed on 19.9.2021 in the Lok Adalat. The only question with regard to the pension. The parties are agreed  to settle subject to section-17(3) of Employees pension Act. Therefore, the complainant would approach the O.P and the O.P shall look after the same for the availability of the pension subject   to the terms and conditions.

     Hence, both the misc. cases are disposed of  accordingly in National Lok Adalat.
