Ld. Advocate for the complainant/petitioner submits that due to inadvertance and bonafide mistake, the documentary evidence could not be filed earlier. As such, complainant may be permitted to adduce further evidence to this case.

For proper adjudication of the dipsutes between the parties the prayer of the complainant/petitioner is allowed.
