Ld. Advocate for the complainant submits that notice upon opposite party no.1 returned ‘unclaimed’ on 13.09.2022 and opposite party nos. 2 to 4 returned with remark as ‘insufficient address’ on 09.09.2022.

So, the complainant prays for substituted service of notice upon the opposite parties by publishing the same in daily newspaper.

Prayer is considered and allowed.
