PRESENT: Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Counsel for Complainant. Sh.Sandeep K.Sharma, Counsel for OPs. Dated the 21st day of November, 2012 ORDER 1. Sh.Sandeep K.Sharma, Counsel for OPs has made the following statement, recorded separately:- “As per telephonic instructions received from Mr.Amol, Law Officer of OPs, the OPs offer to refund the amount of premium paid by the complainant i.e. Rs.75,016/- alongwith interest @ 9% p.a. from the date of deposit. The above said amount alongwith interest shall be paid within 45 days from today” 2. Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Counsel for Complainant has accepted the offer and made the following statement, recorded separately:- “I have heard the above statement made by counsel for OPs. I accept the offer. The case may be disposed of accordingly” 3. In view of the statements made by counsel for the parties, it is ordered that OPs shall refund the amount of premium paid by the complainant i.e. Rs.75,016/- alongwith interest @ 9% p.a. from the date of deposit, within 45 days from today, failing which the OPs shall be liable to pay the said amount alongwith interest @ 18% p.a. from the date of deposit till the date of payment. 4. Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly. 5. Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
