ORDER

                    The parties have amicably settled the matter. As per settlement  the authorized agent of OP has handed over two cheques of Rs.3000/- and 15000/- respectively to the complainant towards full and final settlement, which have been duly received by the complainant. Copies retained on file.  In this view of the matter the complainant has appended a note on the complaint that he withdraws the same being fully satisfied.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.  However, in case the cheques aforesaid are not honoured on presentation then the OP shall liable  to pay additional amount of Rs.10,000/- to the complainant and the complainant would be at liberty to avail the legal remedy available to her.

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
