Final Order / Judgement

The D.Hr. is present by filing hajira through his Ld. Lawyer.  The J.Dr. is absent.

            Today is fixed for non-bailable W/A against all the J.Drs.

At this stage, the Ld. Lawyer for the D.Hr. files a petition praying for withdrawing  the case as he has received part payment from the J.Dr. 

            Perused the petition.  Considered.  Heard the D.Hr. 

            The Ld. Lawyer for the D.Hr. has submitted before the Forum that he has received part payment from the J.Dr. so he does not want to continue the case further and the case may be withdrawn. 

            However, after hearing the Ld. Lawyer for the D.Hr. and also after perusal of the petition as well as the original case record, the Forum is of the view that the execution case may be withdrawn as per prayer of the D.Hr. 

 

Hence, it is

Ordered,

            That the execution case be and the same is withdrawn as per prayer of the D.Hr. 

            Let a plain copy of this order be supplied to the parties forthwith free of cost.
