Final Order / Judgement

The Ld. Lawyer for the D.Hr./Complainant is present by filing hajira.  Today is fixed for S/R. 

            At this stage, the Ld. Lawyer for the D.Hr./Complainant files a petition seeking permission to withdraw the case on the ground stated therein. 

Perused the petition. Heard submission of the Ld. Lawyer for the D.Hr./Complainant.  Considered.

            We find that the D.Hr./Complainant has filed the petition seeking permission before this Forum to withdraw the case as the D.Hr./Complainant does not want to proceed this case further.

Prayer is allowed.  D.Hr./Complainant  is permitted to withdraw the case. 

Let the case be withdrawn as per prayer of the D.Hr./Complainant The case and the petition filed today are disposed of accordingly.

            Let a plain copy of the order be supplied to the D.Hr./Complainant  forthwith free of cost .
