2.       Fortune Foams, work survey no. 809 & 850/part, Medchal Industrial Area,      Distt. Medchal, Telangana, Pin-501401, India (through its authorised     signatory).

           Today the case is fixed for appearance of the complaint. At this stage, Authorised Representative of the Complainant made a separate statement on the instructions of the complainant that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties; hence, he withdraws the same on behalf of the Complainant, being fully satisfied.

           Heard. In view of the statement made by the Authorised Representative of the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
