After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the complainant seeks to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file the same before the appropriate forum after modifying the valuation of his claim in the complaint. He also seeks liberty that in case there is change in the circumstances and anything worse happens which would entitle the complainant to claim a compensation exceeding Rs.1,00,00,000/-, he may approach this Commission.

In view of the above, complaint is ordered to be returned to the complainant for filing the same before the appropriate forum after carrying out requisite modifications and with the liberties as aforesaid. Complaint before the appropriate forum be filed within four weeks from today.
