We agree with the view taken by the State Commission, that the District Forum at Karnal did not have the jurisdiction to entertain the complaint as the car had been purchased in Delhi, in view of the Judgement of the Supreme Court of India in the case of Sonie Surgical vs. National Insurance Co. Ltd. (2010) 1 SCC 135 equivalent to 2010 CTJ 2 (Suprme Court) (CP). Since the point in issue is concluded against the petitioner by a judgement of the Supreme Court referred to above, we find no merit in this revision petition. Dismissed.
