            Counsel for respondent handed over to counsel for applicant cheque of Rs.9708/- dated 19.10.2011 favouring applicant bearing cheque No.055595 drawn on State Bank of India. In view of this, the counsel for applicant has withdrawn the execution application being partly satisfied. Such statement has been recorded on the execution application itself. Photocopy of cheque in question in token of receipt retained on record. In view of this, the execution application is dismissed as partly satisfied.
