He has made the Flipkart as OP whereas there is no documents by which, it can be shown that any payment has been  made to Flipkart or product has been sold by Flipkart.  There appears to be no relation in between the complainant and Flipkart as of consumer on one hand and service provider on the other hand.  The complaint case is rejected with the liberty to file afresh against appropriate service provider, if any.
