This is a complaint filed under section 35 of Consumer Protection Act 2019 and the matter stood over to this date for consideration.After hearing the matter thecommission passed an order as follows:
This complaint is filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service. After admitting the complaint notice was issued to opposite parties. The notice of 2nd opposite party returned with endorsement insufficient address and notice of 1st opposite party not returned. As on 02/03/2021 the case was posted for taking steps. But the complainant was continuously absent and not taken steps to issue notice to complainant to appear before this Commission today to take steps. After accepting the notice the complainant failed to appear today before this Commission. In the above circumstances we find that the complainant is not interested to further proceed with this complaint.
In the result complaint is dismissed for default. There will be no order as to cost.
A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
