                   Today the case was fixed for presence of complainant through court notice. Perusal of file reveals that Court notice issued to complainant also on 24.06.2022 and 30.08.2022. Case called several times since morning today. But none appeared on behalf of the complainant. It is already 3.40 P.M. No more wait is justified. As such, present complaint stands dismissed in default.

                   File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
