Final Order / Judgement

On 21.12.2020, the case was fixed for service of the opposite party, but the complainant  suffered statement that due to some technical defect in the  complaint, he withdraws the same. However, permission may be granted to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action. Since, the quorum was not complete, therefore, the case was adjourned for further orders on 22.12.2020.

Today, the quorum is complete. In view of the aforesaid statement of the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action, after removing technical defect. File be  consigned to the record.
