SRI. P.V. JAYARAJAN,  PRESIDENT:

1. This is a complaint filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986. 
2. The case of the complainant is that he has placed order for three numbers of “Dove Go Fresh Body Lotion” with the opposite party on 15.02.2020 and the allegation is that the opposite party has delivered wrong product to the complainant.  Further case of the complainant is that he opted for replacement of the product and the opposite party again delivered the wrong product to the complainant.   Alleging deficiency in service and unfair trade practice on the part of opposite party, the complainant approached this commission for redressing his grievances.  Opposite party entered appearance.  As the opposite party has not filed any version within the stipulated time the case was posted to 10.03.2021 for the chief affidavit of the complainant.  On 10.03.2021 the complainant filed a memo stating that he is not willing to proceed with the complaint as he has taken VRS from his service and leaving Trivandrum on 09.07.2021.  He also expressed his willingness to not press the present complaint.
3. In the result the complaint is dismissed as not pressed.  No order as to cost.

A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
