2. M/s Sai Kirpa Care Center, At S.C.CO.-110, Mugal Canal Market, Karnal, Haryana 132001. Through its authorized person. (Auth. Service Center of Lava International Ltd.).

3. Lava International Ltd. Add-at-A-56, Sector-64, Noida, Uttar Pradesh-201301 through its Authorized person.

                    Learned counsel of complainant made a statement that he has received a sum of Rs.839/- from the counsel of OPs no.2 and 3. So, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraw the same.      

               In view of statement of counsel of complainant the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
