            The complainant in this case had last appeared on 19.02.2020.  Thereafter the corona pandemic struck.   On 03.2.2021   in the absence of complainant, notice was directed to be issued to OP.  However, no steps have been taken by the complainant to serve the OP till date nor has he appeared after February, 2020 till date.  It appears  that  the complainant is not interested in pursuing the matter.  Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution.  File be consigned to record room.
