                    Mr. Ramnik Gupta, counsel for the complainants has suffered a statement that as per the instruction of the complainants, without prejudice to the right to the Company he may be permitted to withdraw the present complainant towards compliance of the terms of the Memorandum of understanding dated 13.05.2023 (Annexure Ex.A-1). His statement in this regard recorded separately.

 

2.                In pursuance of the statement suffered by Mr. Ramnik Gupta, learned counsel for the complainants, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.

3.                A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be also uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.

4.                Application(s), pending, if any, stand disposed off accordingly in terms of this order.

5.                File be consigned to record room alongwith a copy of this order.
