          Notice  issued to the complainant  is returned after service.  Counsel for the complainant  reports no instructions.  No steps  is seen taken for issuance  of notice   to the  opposite parties number 1 &2  though  several chances were given.  Since  the complainant  is continuously keeping  himself away from the Commission and the  lawyer appearing for the  complainant reports  no   instructions  it would indicate  that  the  complainant  had lost interest in prosecuting  the matter.   Hence the complaint   is dismissed.
