      The above E.P. was closed on 28-09-2011 to furnish the award copy in the E.P.

      The same is put on 20/07/2018, since while inspecting the physical files, the said E.P. is not found in regular cases and even it is not shown in the confonet, what is the status in the E.P.  Hence this Forum issued the notice to the complainant.  Notice served to the complainant, complainant present, submits that case is already compromised.  Hence prayed for dismiss the case.  E.P. is Dismissed.
