                Parties have entered into compromise and in view of the compromise, the respondents have made payment of Rs.108000/- (one lac eight hundred) only to the complainant through account payee cheque bearing No.435571, dated 10.8.2021 drawn on SBI Yamuna Nagar.  Statement of counsel for complainant and respondent recorded separately.  The present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with no order as to costs. File be consigned to the records-room.
