Judgement

1. Complainant has filed this case to direct the Op to realize the electricity connection LMV2 of 9KW at the complainant premises.
2. Op submitted in WS that complainant’s brother Azad Qureshi moved application on 14.9.2022 raising objection to grant connection which cannot be granted without consent of co-owner.
3. Parties filed evidence. 
4. We have heard the complainant and Ops counsel and perused the record.
5. Admittedly, complainant is co-owner in the premises and he is entitled to get the electricity supply in exercise of his rights to enjoy the property. Complainant has been granted electricity connection in compliance of interim order dated 12.10.2022 which is hereby confirmed.  
6. Complaint is accordingly allowed.
