Peruse d the material available on record. No cogent evidence is adduced by the complainant to prove the allegation of deficiency of service on the part of O.Ps.

The consumer sans merit. Hence, dismissed against the O.ps on contest. However, no order as to cost. The O.P is .however, directed to revise the bills against the consumer of the consumer approach as such following the producer as prescribed case disposed of accordingly.
