ORDER

Order dt.08/06/2005 The complaint is allowed. The O.Ps are directed to extend the facility of concessional tariff for 7 years to the Titanic HOtel owned by the complainant which has been recognised by the Tourism Department and categorised the hotel as C type and further the OPs are directed to pay Rs.500/- as damages and Rs.500/- as cost of this proceedings to the complainant. sd/- M.R.Devappa, President, sd/- K.S.Prasad, Member, sd/- A.S.Hemalatha, Member.
