ORDER

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that he is ready and willing to fulfill all the conditions which are required for getting a connection under DDF Scheme within two months from today.

Learned Counsel for the Respondents No.1 and 2 states that in case the Petitioner fulfills all the conditions, which he is required to fulfil under DDF Scheme, they shall provide him the connection in terms of that Scheme. 

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Revision Petition.

Accordingly, the Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

The parties shall remain bound by the above terms of the agreement.
