It was stated by DH on 19/05/2017, vide separate statement placed that he has  compromised the matter with the JDs & today stated at bar that he has received Rs. 4000/- form the JDs as cost of complaint & does not want to persue the present execution application & same be dismissed as withdrawn having been fully satisfied.

 In view of the statement of DH recorded on 19/05/2017, the present execution application, is dismissed as withdrawn having been fully satisfied. Copy of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file after its due completion be consigned to record room.
